The citrus Pixie fruit is gaining popularity both in the local and international market. From a tree’s fourth year, it can produce 60 kgs of fruit a season. With 100 trees, a farmer can expect an average of 6000kgs per season, retailing at a farm price of Sh100 per kilo, to generate Sh600,000 per season.
